Health Champions CRM connections

• Using Zoom with Health Champions CRM: adding, using and removing the Zoom app.
• Google (Meet and Calendar) and Calendly connect the same way, from Settings, then Connections in the CRM.
• To disconnect any service, use Disconnect on its card in Settings, then Connections. This deletes the stored tokens.
